On the hills of the Sorrento peninsula, strategically located is our structure an old country house recently renovated with a fantastic sea view is overlooking the Gulf of Salerno in front of the mythical called islets "Li Galli", which according to legend the rocks where Ulysses he met the legendary mermaids why the Sorrento peninsula is also known as the land of the sirens. The apartment has two bedrooms with private bathroom a kitchen and a large terrace to relax in the green and sunbathing before tackling the many excursions that there are to do in the area. Halfway between Sorrento and Positano (about 6 km from both) in a few minutes you will find yourself immersed in the wonderful scenery of the Amalfi Coast or in the center of Sorrento where even take the hydrofoil that in 15 minutes will take you to Capri. Colli di fontanelle is the name of the small town where you will find our house a few steps away you will find the square with small shops and restaurants where you can enjoy good home cooking and great pizza. Costs on the spot two euro per day per person x tax Soggiono.

Our house is situated on the hill of penisola Sorrentina in good position for the one who wants to visit the most beautiful places, we found on centre between Sorrento and Positano(amalfi coast) at about 6 km. the bus stop is at 200 mt.from the house and in the little centre of the country there is tobacco shop for to by ticket, there are also minimarket,bar and restaurant,is a small country, quiet whit air clean and beautiful panorama. The apartment is found on the attic of the old house recently restructured there are two bedrooms whit relative bathrooms the kitchen abitable and a large terrace; from the windows you can see the tirrenic sea and the island li galli; in this area we pay tourist tax, the guest have to pay 2 euro each for day

Ciao, thanks for review my home, sorry for the wi-fi but all guest tell us that we have a strong wi-fi ,i don't know why don't work when you stay. we had problem in the small apartment down to yours now resolved but upstairs we donìt have i ask to the guest and they told me that wgrk very well..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Antonina (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
