The villa is over 50yrs old (100sq m)and has been completely renovated. It stands over two garages. The main living area has three bedrooms and patio doors lead to a large south facing terrace from the living room. To the rear of the house there are steps leading to the pool (9mx4m) area and loft apartment (75sq m)wherein lies the fourth bedroom which sleeps up to 6 people. This 4th bedroom , separate living room and bathroom allows great space for older children while parents enjoy the peace and quiet of the main house if they so wish. The loft is not available to rent separate to the house but only as a fourth bedroom, which allows the property to cater for 12 people. A Pergola 2.3 m x 4.5 m has been added to the pool terrace recently allowing extra shade from the sun. A Pergola has also been added to the Grand Terrace to the front of the villa overlooking the hills and vineyards of Collioure. The furniture on this Grand Terrace include outdoor sofa's , A hammock, dining seating for 10 , sun beds, Gas BBQ and coal BBQ .

Just five mins walk from the centre of Collioure the house is ideally situated. Far enough away from the noise of the beach area and traffic and yet an easy walk. The living area and the master bedroom are air conditioned as is the living area of the loft apartment.The Master Bedroom has double doors leading to the pool area.

A large Garage is available for parking one car and there is also safe parking nearby for other vehicles. Sheets and house towels are included.

Changeover day is Sunday in High Season unless otherwise arranged. Time of arrival 4pm and departure 10am unless otherwise arranged.

The villas must be left reasonably clean and tidy. 5 hours cleaning is included in the tariff for the villa. Extra cleaning will be charge after departure. at 20euro per hour.

Use of 2 bicycles. But we do rely on guests to leave the bikes in the condition that they find them.

During mid and low season arrival days are flexible.

The house is extremely comfortable with lots of extras.. The pool has an electric cover which must be closed as per French regulations when not in use. There’s a gate leading to the upper level pool area which can be locked to prevent small children from gaining access.. A selection of books, games, DVD’s and videos are available.
Although most of the house is air conditioned the shuttered windows when closed do keep the house cool during a hot spell.

Further details outdoors

There is a selection of PVC , rattan and teak garden furniture. Some at pool level and more at the terrace level. There are two BBQ;s. One gas and one coal. The South Facing Terrace with mountain views is relaxing and tranquil. There is a parasol and pergola to shade one from the sun and at night the terrace is like an outdoor room with a star filled ceiling. It is wonderful to sit and watch the sun set behind the hills and see the lights of Collioure take over.

Fabulous villa with wonderful pool

We had a lovely week in this beautiful spacious villa and the pool is fantastic as weather was really hot and needed to cool down after walk up from town. Julie was very helpful.

How do damage deposits work?

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
