The three bed roomed detached bungalow is set in ample grounds overlooking the bay. The panoramic bay window in the living room must surely have the finest views in the whole of the village, with a 180 degree vista enabling you to take advantage of the amazing sunsets out to sea and watching the fabulous surf that Polzeath is famous for. Sun Lounge / Entrance porch Large Family Bedroom Family Bathroom – Newly Refitted in 2013, Bedroom 2 Dining Room Large Living room Fully Equipped Newly refitted kitchen Bedroom 3 private laundry room Large terraced lawn High Chairs & Cots available upon request.Wi-Fi Passes Available from Reception. Sun Lounge / Entrance porch Large Family Bedroom with a King Sized bed and two bunk beds suitable for children. Fantastic dual aspect room, with views over the beach and out to sea & Pentire Point beyond. Complete with modern efficient Night Storage heater and TV/DVD.Family Bathroom – Newly Refitted in 2013, with large sunken bath & separate large power shower. Heated Towel rail & Night Store Heater .Bedroom 2. A compact double room with a double bed and built in wardrobe. Night Storage heater. Again Amazing dual aspect Views out to sea and beach views.Dining Room, with Dining Table and 8 chairs which then follows in to the;Large Living room, with breath taking views from each direction courtesy of the panoramic bay window. Comfy Leather sofa's to enjoy the flat screen TV, Sky+ Box, and a DVD Player, and a Pay phone is provided. Two Night storage heaters with built in convector heaters provide all the heat you'll need to stay warm throughout the year. A small library of Books & DVD's are also provided.Fully Equipped Newly refitted kitchen for 2012, with electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Large walk in pantry. With access in to the garden and also leading through to;Bedroom 3. A large double room with its own on-suite shower facilities and Flat screen TV/DVD with Sky TV. Large patio doors overlooking the beach lead directly out on to the garden. Night Storage Heating.Outside there is a private laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and space for storing wetsuits & surf boards etc…Large terraced lawn to the front of the property overlooking the beach, Garden Furniture is provided along with a BBQ to make the most of the beautiful sunsets. There is ample car parking space. Bed Linen provided but you need to bring your own Towels.

Rigi was booked for a family holiday and it did not disappoint. We all loved the beautiful views and closeness to the lovely beach and cafes and surf shops. We will be back for sure dimply anazing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
