From the manager

The house is located in the small village of S'Horta. This typical inland village of 1.000 inhabitants offers a few cafeterias, two small supermarkets, a café-bar, a bank and a church. Only 5 minutes drive direction Cala Ferrera is the beautiful sandy beach Cala Sanau.


Ferrer de S'Horta is a large house that has been completely renovated with a wonderful result. The house offers a high standard accommodation with modern furnishing and fittings, combined with beautiful rustic features such as high ceilings with concrete beams and some walls partially clad with rural stone. The entrance is from the pool area. Large sliding doors open to the open airy and well equipped island kitchen. From the kitchen we access to a spacious living/dining room with two sitting areas and large dining table. Sliding doors open onto the terrace. The ground floor has two twin bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and access to the pool area. Guest toilet and utility room with the washing machine. From the living/dining room a beautiful stair takes to the upper floor that offers three twin bedrooms -each with en suite shower room-. All these bedrooms have access to a terrace with chairs and sunshades; perfect to relax and enjoy the views of country and the coast in the distance.



Heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms with a limited and fixed timetable (21.00h. to 09.00h.)


The pool area overlooking the fruit garden is a beautiful pleasant space; ideal to read your favourite book and enjoy the long lazy summery days. There is a spacious covered terrace by the kitchen with a dining table and a brick barbecue to enjoy “al fresco” meals. The pool with Roman steps (pool size 11m. x 4m. Depth min. 1.15m. max 1.65m.) is surrounded by a sun terrace with reclining sun beds and a lawned area. There is another terrace with a lemon tree and aromatic plants that you can use to cook as well as a small covered area with a sofa and two hanging chairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
