The Apartment Sleeps 4 and in addition could accommodate 1 child under 2 Years sleeping in a Cot. It is situated on the Ground Floor of our traditional Portuguese House and will cover all of your requirements for a really enjoyable and relaxing holiday.

With a Shared Pool and Large Sun Terrace that benefits from the sun all day set in a peaceful and tranquil rural location enjoying Countryside and Mountain Views. Conveniently situated close to the unspoiled Market Town of Moncarapacho .

Set in a residential Portuguese community the property has a fabulous rural feel, however, within a 10 minute drive you can be in the heart of the fishing town of Olhão, with its famous fish and vegetable markets and array of restaurants.

A tourist tax was introduced in Olhão on 1st June 2023. Charging €2 per night per person, up to 5 nights stay May - October and €1 per night per person, up to 5 nights Nov to April

ABOUT THE HOUSE

Casa dos Sonhos has been refurbished to a high standard by the present owners and offers complete privacy for its guests. The property comprises of three separate ground floor apartments with a communal area. The owners occupy the first floor.

The house has its own pool, outdoor dining facilities and built-in barbeque for the exclusive use of its guests. Each apartment has its own entrance and shares a communal area with access to the pool and terrace. The communal area has the additional facilities of a washing machine, iron and ironing board, Hoover, cane patio settee and two cane chairs, small selection of books, DVD's (for Adults and Children), and CD's

The quality accommodation is set in mature gardens with orange, lemon, apple, peach and avocado trees.

Casa dos Sonhos is an ideal spot for relaxing with family and friends and enjoying time together, either around the pool or under the shade , or enjoying a tasty barbeques and late night talks.

The ground floor has FREE Wi-Fi Internet access.

A pool area with large sun terrace and covered patio is a perfect area to wind down and for the family to enjoy the freedom of outdoor living and is ideal for socialising

Outdoor furniture includes tables, chairs, parasols, sun loungers.

Solar Panels provide hot water and this supplies all apartments.

Bathroom –a large bright bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and basin shared by both bedrooms

Kitchen - well equipped modern kitchen with electric oven/grill cooker & hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Living Room - comfortable open plan living room with the benefit of powerful Air Conditioning unit in summer and heating in winter, with a 4 seater settee, Portuguese TV, 32”flat screen TV, CD and DVD player. The living room has an archway opening from the kitchen and Mosquito Nets on both Front Windows

Dining Room – open plan dining room with direct access to the kitchen which makes it easy for you to cater for your party. Dining room table and chairs with seating for four but can be extended to six.

The apartment has a sheltered veranda with a paved patio area to the front of the apartment which overlooks a rural aspect and commands the sun from early morning to late afternoon.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
