The villa is located from 100 meters to the beach, which is accessed directly from a private road
It is composed of two bright double bed rooms, easily convertible into single beds. Is possible to add extra bed/ camping's cradle.
In the living room there are two comfortables sofa bed that they can comfortably accommodate three people. The villa can accommodates comfortably until 7 people.
The spacious, bright and airy lounge / living room is connected directly with two doors to the covered veranda that surrounds it on three sides of the house, where you can enjoy your meals cooked in the outside kitchen or on the grill directly from fixed barbecue .
The villa also has a lovely terrace / solarium, where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Gulf of Castellammare, from Cape Rama to Capo San Vito and with its sunset.
Under the stairs that leading to the terrace is get a closed bathroom with toilet and shower and hot water.
The house offers the opportunity to park in the inside parking until three cars.
For your serenity and quiet the villa is equipped with mosquito nets and burglar alarm system.

La villetta si trova a 100 metri dalla spiaggia libera, alla quale si accede direttamente da strada privata.
E' composta da due luminose camere da letto matrimoniali, facilmente trasformabili in letti singoli. Vi è la possibilità di aggiungere letto bimbo (culla) /o letto supplementare.
Nell'ampio soggiorno vi sono due comodi divani letto che possono ospitare comodamente tre persone. La villetta ospita quindi comodamente 7 persone.
L'ampio, luminoso e areato salone/soggiorno è collegato direttamente con due porte alla veranda coperta che circonda su tre lati la villetta, nella quale potrete gustare i vostri pranzi cucinati nella cucina esterna o alla griglia direttamente dal barbecue fisso.
La villetta, inoltre offre una splendida terrazza/solarium, dalla quale si gode dello spettacolare panorama del golfo di Castellamare, da Capo Rama a Capo San Vito con il suo tramonto.
Nel sottoscala che porta alla terrazza è ricavato un doppio servizio chiuso con wc e doccia con acqua calda.
La villetta offre la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno fino a tre automobili.
Per la vostra serenità e tranquillità, la villetta è dotata di zanzariere alle finestre e sistema di impianto antintrusione.
La villetta è luogo di relax adatto a tutte le età. Potrete godere del massimo relax accolti dal silenzio del giardino con la possibilità di avere discoteca a meno di 1 km.
