This property is very centrally located in Old Town Padstow.
Originally, this was the Old Police House and has the tallest door in Padstow to accommodate the police hats worn in those days!
Pet friendly for up to two dogs - see below.
The building comprises of two apartments and are suited only to couples and families, due to the quiet position in the town.
The Quay and Padstow centre are on the doorstep, a level stroll away, but the house is perfectly positioned and a bit tucked back from the busy town streets.
Each apartment has the fantastic advantage of an adjacent allocated parking space, in a small, shared car park.
(PLEASE NOTE RE PARKING: Vans and very large MPV's (over 4.5m long) would not fit, due to the fact that access to other spaces beyond ours would be blocked, but we do offer a full refund of parking costs if this is the case.
We do not yet have facilities to charge EV's.)
We would describe the apartments as 4 star Padstow accommodation,
A lot of improvements have been made recently, including double glazing, a completely refurbished bathroom, a hung slate wall, and new carpets throughout.
Free WiFi provided.
PETS: A maximum of two sm/med dogs are very welcome. We do not accept any under 6 months or on the banned list. Please advise when booking.
We have no outside space as such, but Church Woods are a two minute walk away for dogs to enjoy. Most beaches and pubs locally are dog-friendly.
NEW: Following new fire regs, we can sadly no longer allow inside charging, or storage of, electric bikes, scooters and vapes. No extension lead EV charging, either. Very sorry about this.

We have no outside space as such, but the town beaches and woods are very close.
Important - As this is a lovely old house, separated into two apartments, we do ask that both sets of guests respect the peace and privacy of the other. Any late night disturbance or loud music will not be acceptable.
We will require a home address for the main booker, a contact number and the names of all guests over 16yrs before entry codes are given, please.
There is a damage deposit arrangement and we will not tolerate deliberate damage to the property. Small breakages will not be charged for, but please do let us know so they can be replaced for our next guests.
The family have owned the property for many years and so hope you will love it as much as we do x
