Casa Gigliola, holiday villa near Siena, can accommodate up to 7 people and is perfect for a large family or a group of friends, has private parking space, a large balcony and easy access to the village swimming pool.
The house is located in Monticiano, a medieval village in the heart of Southern Tuscany, surrounded by woods and walking trails in the unspoilt countryside of the Val di Merse and other ancient hilltop villages.
The guests of Casa Gigliola can rent a vacation apartment with independent entrance and private garden.
A tennis court, and the children's playground are located just opposite the main entrance.
A walking trail to San Galgano Abbey is only few steps away.
The spacious apartment (90m2 - over 800 sqf) is located on the first floor and is made up of 7 large rooms decorated in the traditional Tuscan style.
Casa Gigliola has two double bedrooms, both with ample storage space and two bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a bathtub. The second bathroom has a basin, WC ,bidet and shower .Towels and hairdryer are provided.
A washing machine is available in the kitchen.
The largest room of the apartment is divided in two areas.
On one side, there is a large dining room with a table for 8 and TV.
On the other side, there is a sitting room with a double sofabed and two armchairs and more bookshelves and storage space. The sitting room can comfortably accommodate three people on the sofabed and on a fold-up bed.
From the sitting area, guests can access the large terrace with a table and chairs to eat outside in the warm summer nights.
The view of the village of Monticiano and of the surrounding countryside from the terrace is very beautiful. Comfortable chairs are provided to lay "under the Tuscan sun".
Guests of Casa Gigliola have private use of the front garden, where they will find garden chairs on a paved area.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gigliola (the owner) a message.

If Gigliola (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
