Nerissa bungalows No 2, set in a beautifully landscaped lot of 4000 m2, consisting of 2 bedrooms, living room-full kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils for a family. The apartment is semidettached with fully tiled bathroom and complete air conditioning. The balcony has stunning views down the coastline and provides a romantic, private getaway perfect for pre-dinner drinks or morning coffee A patio area behind is viewing the mount Ainos and you can stay there to enjoy the afternoon sun and the sunset behind trees. An outdoor private barbeque is available and the place is covered with eucalyptus trees, palm trees, oleanders and many other flowers. Parking under the trees is available as well as a free area for the children to play. Baby seat and baby cot are available, if needed. The area surrounding the apartment is tranquil, rural and picturesque, ideal for a walking holiday. The nearby sandy beach of Klimatsias is 300 meters away and you can go there by foot or by car (there is enough free parking for all cars).

You will be greeted at the bungalow by the owner and she will answer any questions about the house and the island.

A generous welcome pack including fruits, bread, milk, juice, olive oil, a bottle of organic wine and other local products will be provided upon your

arrival, so you do not have to rush to the store.

Linen and towels will be provided every 4 days to be changed by the customers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Popi (the owner) a message.

If Popi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
