From the owner

The Manoir at Kerargon combines historic ambiance with modern comfort in a stately home renovated to suit groups of up to 12 adults + 2 children (bunkroom). The property lies surrounded by fields and is therefore particularly quiet and safe for children but within close proximity (6km) of endless beaches and 2 towns (each 4km) with shops catering to all your daily needs. It is the ideal launching pad for all of Brittany's many sights, from Pointe du Raz (40min) to Quimper (20min) to surfer's paradise LaTorche (20min).

The house offers a spacious lounge (60m²) stretching between 2 imposing fireplaces. The large kitchen with an adjoining dining table is equipped to cook for and serve 18 guests. The 6 bedrooms and 1 bunkroom (suitable for children) are individually styled and comfortable. 3 complete bathrooms plus 2 separate WCs are newly tiled and appointed. A private terrace and garden with barbecue adjoin the dining area. The spacious courtyard offers a pingpong table, boules and room for all manner of games plus benches for chilling around the water feature to count the birds.

Kerargon is easy to reach by ferry (2hrs north), highway (25min), train (25min) or airplane (30min)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Harriet (the owner) a message.

If Harriet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
