It is just 200 meters from the coast and is an ideal place to discover the sea in all its facets. Ideal for families and groups of friends are in this unique environment - feeling good - far from major cities, close to nature.100 m² ground floor in a big house exudes comfort holiday. It was renovated in 2012 with great attention and can accommodate ten people. The living room consists of a calm and television to the fireplace, with a comfortable sofa and armchairs, On the other side of the room, the dining room with buffet cabinet and dining table for twelve people. Through the glass door opens onto the terrace. The kitchen has been completely renovated. It is equipped with all modern amenities and also dishwasher, microwave and freezer. Opposite the kitchen is a pantry. Three rooms are available. The first has a 140 cm bed and a double cot with mattress, also has a second bed 140 cm double. The third bedroom has six beds consist of a sofa bed 140 cm, 90 cm wide bunk beds and a bunk bed 140 cm. In addition, there are two bathrooms. It is equipped with a shower, sink and bidet. Another bathroom with shower is located outward. Here, guests can take a shower when they come back from the beach. In addition, there is a separate toilet.Parking and a large garage. The house is surrounded by a 1500 m² indoor garden which is surrounded by a wall. Out on the terrace, which is in the afternoon in the shade, you can relax at ease.Discover the charm of the Ile de Ré with its villages and varied landscapes: sandy beaches, marinas, forests - variety is guaranteed. Just do not go swimming, biking, hiking. Or visit the night under the stars in the glow of the lighthouse walk while listening to the sound of the sea Do not miss the spectacular sunsets that are different every day. However, if you want to have the continent - the island is connected by a bridge to La Rochelle.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
