Altamira is situated on the beach next to the five star Riu Palace Hotel.

The apartment has been furnished to a very good standard with all mod cons and is air conditioned for your comfort, with a large double bedroom and a double sofa bed. Leading from the living room there is a spacious balcony, with stunning sea and mountain views.

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs for four people to enable you to dine al fresco in comfort. There is also available for your use two reclining chairs for relaxing on the balcony.

FIBRE OPTIC WIFI IN THE APARTMENT IS NOW INCLUDED, not all apartments have this. There is a SAFE INCLUDED in the apartment rental for your convenience.

Pool / beach towel are provided for your use.

The apartment also benefits from three swimming pools, one of the two large pools is heated and there is a further toddlers pool, perfect for smaller children. SPECIAL OFFER FOR SUMMER 2024 - £16 PER PERSON, PER DAY FOR THE THIRD AND FOURTH PERSON SHARING THIS APARTMENT and there will be an additional cleaning charge for the linen, towels and cleaning etc for the third or fourth person of 65.00 euros.

Altamira is a front line sea complex, next door to the five star Riu Palace hotel, leading straight onto the famous Del Duque beach, where you are able to relax on their lovely beach loungers which you can purchase for a small fee. There are several beach bars within walking distance and the Altamira chillout bar. The apartment has easy access to all amenities, including the local markets for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

This apartment is ideal for families, with plenty to do in the surrounding areas during your stay.

High-chairs and Cots are available for an additional charge of £10.00 (1) or £15.00 (both) per week. For more information, please contact us.

I will of course take on board what you have raised and as soon as I am able to will put the extra pillows, bigger wine glasses and microwaveable dishes in the apartment. I think most of the dishes can go in the microwave but I will make sure we have some that make that clear. Thanks again and best wishes for 2022.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Janet (the owner) a message.

If Janet (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
