L'alloggio è ubicato nel "vero" Centro di Palermo, a poca distanza dal percorso monumentale Arabo-Normanno dichiarato dall'UNESCO “Patrimonio mondiale dell'umanità”, a due passi dal Teatro Massimo, dal Tribunale e da piazza Politeama da dove passano le linee di autobus per l’aeroporto, la spiaggia di Mondello, per raggiungere i principali punti della città e per la visita turistica della città. Vicinissimo alle due vie principali del centro storico di Palermo: via Roma e via Maqueda ed alle vie Ruggero Settimo e via Libertà, (le due principali strade dello shopping Palermitano). In posizione ottimale tra le due più belle piazze storiche di Palermo, piazza Politeama e piazza Massimo, a pochi metri dal mercato storico del Capo e vicino i mercati storici della Vucciria e Ballarò. La Stazione Centrale, da dove partono e arrivano i collegamenti con l'intera Sicilia e per tante altre importanti località, è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Non occorre macchina, a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici si può visitare tutta la città. Ideale per una vacanza alla scoperta delle attrazioni turistiche che offre Palermo (musei, chiese, parchi, teatri, mercati storici etc.). L'appartamento, recentemente rinnovato, è dotato di aria condizionata/pompe di calore, stufa, internet wi-fi e tv, è composto da un soggiorno, una cucina, un w.c. doccia, due camere da letto matrimoniali e un divano letto matrimoniale per un totale di 6 posti letto.

The accommodation is located in the "real" center of Palermo, a short distance from the monumental path Arab-Norman, declared by UNESCO "World Heritage", a few steps from Teatro Massimo, the Court and from Piazza Politeama where are the bus stops to the airport, Mondello beach, to reach the main points of the city and for the city tour. Very close to the two main streets of the historic center of Palermo: Via Roma and Via Maqueda and the way Ruggero Settimo and via Libertà, (the two main shopping streets Palermitano). Conveniently situated between the two most beautiful historic squares of Palermo, Piazza Politeama and Piazza Massimo, a few meters from the historic "Capo" market and near the historic markets Vucciria and Ballarò. The Central Station, from where depart and arrive links with the whole of Sicily and many other important places, is reachable on foot in 10 minutes. You do not need the car, on foot and by public transport you can visit the entire city. Ideal for a vacation to discover the most important sights of Palermo (museums, churches, parks, theaters, historical markets etc.). The apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with air conditioning / heat pump, internet connection wi-fi and TV, consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and one double sofa bed for a total of 6 bed places.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Antonello (the owner) a message.

If Antonello (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
