Services & Conditions

All prices included all taxes, VAT, service fees, power consumption and hot-water consumption, air-conditioning, heating, cleaning, change of linen twice a week and towels every second day, free use of beach umbrellas and sunloungers at the pool.

The quoted prices are in EUR (€) and are valid for the minimum occupancy of one unit per overnight stay (without breakfast)

For an additional occupancy - according to holiday apartment type - we calculate per additional bed a fee of 10.00 € / 15.00 €

Children up to 3 years are free in the parent's room.

We also offer, at a surcharge of 7.- € per person, an extensive continental breakfast with fresh coffee or tea, rolls, homemade jam, traditional honey etc.

For a stay shorter than 2 nights the prices increase by 10%.

During the Greek holidays and Bank holidays the next higher season will be charged.

Booking conditions:

For making your reservation obligatory, we please you for a deposit of 30% to transfer to our bank account. Alternatively we recommend to check the current availability via our on-line reservation and to carry out your booking by credit card (visa, Mastercard...).

Our family grandma, grandpa, sons with wives and four grandchildren found Harmony Apartment Hotel as an excellent place. It was good for everyone, the kids loved the pool, and we all found it relaxing… More

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Anastasia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
