La Cidreraie is a comfortable, self catering studio, which is perfect for single guests or couples. Forming part of a traditional, stone farmhouse it is the perfect base for your holiday in Lower Normandy. La Cidreraie is suitable for a short break away or if you want to spend a longer period exploring the area. Our change over days are often flexible so you can plan your travel arrangements to suit you.
Our gites are set in an acre of attractive grounds with an abundance of flowers and fruit. La Cidreraie looks out over a pleasant lawn area which enjoys the sun throughout the day. You can sit out under the fruit trees, enjoy a glass of local cider and relax.
There are pleasant country walks right on our doorstep or you may prefer to borrow a bicycle to explore the quiet country lanes.
We have a productive vegetable garden and fresh produce in season is available for guests to buy.
Available throughout the year this gite is very popular with guests who are house hunting in Normandy, many of whom have been successful in finding their own rural retreat in the area.
Develop your creative talents by joining one of our Tuesday Art workshops. All abilities are welcome.

Thank you for your review - guests do often comment that they enjoy a good night's sleep when they stay here! Our gites are ideal if you want to relax in a tranquil location but the local town of Tinchebray, with it's boulangeries, banks and a supermarket, is only a short drive away. We have tried to retain an element of 'French charm' at Orchard Gites and hope that our guests feel that they have enjoyed a taste of 'La vie rustique' when they have spent their holiday here.

How do damage deposits work?
