The apartment is our 'home from home' with a beautiful well equipped private garden and located within 100m from the nearest local beaches - both sandy and stony available. It is very tastefully furnished with high quality furnishings, tiled floors and granite worktops.

To achieve a 'home from home', we have put a great deal of time, effort and thought into the detail including:

- Leads to plug your iPod/Laptop into the stereo

- All the kitchen accessories you could ever want

Splendid garden with its banana tree, these palm trees and a lemon tree, impeccable to decorate our gin and tonic. With the sea 100m away and the swimming pool of the residence, everything is perfect. 2 pleasant bedrooms with a bathroom each. A huge kitchen and a pleasant living room complete all this. A if I forgot a large closed car park in the basement with access with elevator. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We appreciate its location (at the foot of the beaches), its comfort in a quiet residence with garage and its beautiful wooded garden. In the residence, you will have access to the swimming pool and very close to a very practical small shop. The beaches are at the end of the street as well as a very good restaurant (follow my comments). I therefore recommend this accommodation with your eyes closed.” “Hemos pasado este año nuestra tercera estancia en este alojamiento. Apreciamos su ubicación (al pie de las playas), su comodidad en una residencia tranquila con garaje y su hermoso jardín arbolado. En la residencia, tendrá acceso a la piscina y muy cerca de una pequeña tienda muy práctica. Las playas están al final de la calle, así como un muy buen restaurante (siga mis comentarios). How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
