We've called it VILLA PANORAMICA for a reason!!

Located on the top floor of a small, new house, built in the grounds of an 18th century villa, it is completely self contained and only minutes walk to the village.

Everything here is new, but fits in perfectly with the style of the houses built along the lake and in the mountains over the last centuries,with wood beam ceilings, teak floors in the bedrooms and Italian tiled kitchen, living area and bathrooms. (High chair and crib for small children are available, on request.)

Ideal for all types of holiday, winter and summer and for short weekend breaks and business Of course, there are many vacation rental apartments all around Lake Como, this is NOT a vacation rental, it is our apartment, created and furnished to be used year round and we take advantage of it ourselves, when we can. Although we live only 10 minutes drive away in the hills, we find it so relaxing here, just sitting on the terrace watching local life carry on in the village and on the lake.

Argegno is in an excellent strategic position. It is easy to reach all the other towns on the lake by ferry, bus and car, you couldn't ask for a more convenient point.

WIFI available and computor already set up in the apartment, A/C all included in the price.

If you are a larger group, we now have the possibility to offer you a one bedroom apartment in the same house for extra guests, ask for more details.

We have a keybox so check in is easy and you can arrive anytime after 4pm, unless the apartment is ready earlier.

Villa Panoramic, is a two bedroom, air conditioned apartment,with two double bedrooms, (1 king size bed and 2 singles or a double), plenty of closet space and in the living area there is a comfortable double sofa-bed. It and can comfortably sleep six people, it has two bathrooms, (one en suite) an open plan kitchen/dining and living area and a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy "al fresco" dining and sunbathing in complete privacy, while admiring the natural beauty of this paradise on earth. The terrace is equipped with dining table and six chairs, sun loungers and 'swing chair'.
There is satelite TV, DVD, surround music system and a variety of CDs and DVDs for you to enjoy.
There is internet access and if you wish, we can provide you with a lap top computer.

Our well equipped apartment is well planned out with the living area at the front so you can enjoy the 180degree views from the kitchen, dining and living area. Air-conditioning keeps you cool in the summer and underfloor heating keeps you warm in the winter.
The bedrooms have wrought iron bed.heads, there are mirrored wardrobes in both bedrooms with lots of space. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower unit.
The other bathroom, has a jacuzzi tub.

We have a 125 sq meter private terrace, furnished with dining table and 6 chairs, lounge furniture, sun loungers and a small BBQ. There are sun blinds to protect you from direct sun light.
The laundry area is also outside, tucked away, but very convenient and it's wonderful doing your ironing there, enjoying the views at the same time.
The parking area is just above the apartment and is fine for a small car, we also have our own off street parking space 30 meters from the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gigi (the owner) a message.

If Gigi (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
