Elegantly nestled amongst breath taking rice terraces around the village of Pererenan and situated a few hundred meters away from the world famous Echo Beach, Villa La Novellina was designed to deliver a private, relaxing and secluded natural environment and, at the same, to offer all the services (and more...) typical of a hotel.

The Villa is entirely air-conditioned and features 2 en-suite bedrooms, spacious living room with views of rice fields, fully equipped kitchen, garden with private pool and gazebo, unlimited WIFI Internet access, car with driver, personal chef, housekeeper and traditional massages in the villa.

With also being a short distance away from most of the fine things that Bali can offer, Villa La Novellina has all the ingredients to be the perfect destination for an unforgettable holiday in Bali’s tropical paradise.

Concept

Villa La Novellina offers an excellent combination of a peaceful location close to the beach and amongst rice fields, with all the services you would expect from a private villa, such as your own personal private chef and housekeeper, private swimming pool, professional spa therapists on call and your own private driver and car for eight hours a day.

Set back 500 metres from the beach, Villa La Novellina is filled with banana trees, bouganvilles and tropical flowers which dot a garden dominated by sun loungers, a Balinese umbrella and a 8m swimming pool, complete with relaxing water fountains and a bale gazebo.

All guests will receive a warm welcome from our charming Balinese staff with a complimentary briefing of attractions in the surroundings and our driver will be delighted to guide guests at their convenience to the greatest places to visit in and around the island, so that they can experience Bali with total freedom making the most of their holiday time.

Bedrooms

The stylish air-conditioned master bedroom features wooden floors and a king size bed complete with a high quality mattress. The bedroom overlooks the pool, Bale and water feature. The en-suite bathroom opens onto a private garden with open water feature and is luxuriously equipped with a large white Zen bath tub, separate powerful raindrop shower

The second bedroom is located right next to the covered terrace and the pool and has stone floors and a luxury king size bed. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub with shower plus ‘his and hers’ washbasins.

Kitchen

The kitchen is well-equipped with marble work top, a four-burner gas hob, electric oven, water dispenser, a refrigerator/freezer, shelves, storage cupboards, and a good range of utensils.

Garden and Terrace

A 9x5m pool dominates the outdoor area and is flanked by the second bedroom. All the rooms have A/C and both the living and dining rooms can be closed off for air-conditioned comfort.

The private pool is accessible from all rooms while the garden features lush plantation and a traditional Balinese bale' or pagoda. A spacious wooden deck with soft loungers is ideal for sunbathing.

In the garden a large Buddha statue sits next to the relaxation Bale at the far end of the pool. Fountains around the garden, characterised by gentle waterfalls, fill the villa with the relaxing sounds of running water.

The covered open-air living terrace with restful rattan sofas is well placed to enjoy the tropical breeze, a perfect area for relaxing by the poolside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Dario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
