This stunning spacious Tenerife villa has been furnished to a high standard throughout. You enter the villa from the car parking area and via a staircase to the villa level. This 4 bedroom villa in Tenerife is on one floor throughout and consists of large bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, dining area and bathrooms. The independent marble top kitchen is fully equipped to cook and prepare meals for the whole group. The comfortable lounge includes 2x 3 seater sofas and a 2 seater sofa with TV which offers all UK channels including Sky movies, Sports, children TV, 6 live premiership football channels, over 2000 films, box sets & catch up.

The dining area consists of a beautiful stylish table and chairs for 8 people. Lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to the fabulous pool terrace that has stunning sea views, cosy shaded area with sofas and several sets of patio furniture. All 4 bedrooms have fans, large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, en suites and TV with 25 basic UK channels.

The large private heated pool is surrounded by a terrace with a with patio furniture, sun loungers with mattresses, outside shower, and a shaded area with stylish comfortable sofas plus table and chairs for 8 guests. There is also another terrace area with a beautiful pergola with stylish tables and chairs and a large brick built BBQ and comfortable sofas for relaxing. There are views of the Atlantic ocean and La Gomera from both terraces. This unique villa is semi detached and not overlooked.

Due to popular demand we charge a small additional fee for school half term holiday weeks, if you process a booking over a school half term holiday week you will be notified of this fee. We require all young groups to contact us before making a booking. Also make sure you contact us before you wish to make a booking over the New Year period without the Christmas day period being booked first.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
