An absolutely stunning and luxurious 7 bedroom villa, tastefully finished with all modern comforts, located in a prime position of this prestigious area taking in breathtaking the unobstructed views of the Mediterranean blue sea. Accommodates comfortably 10 person max to 18 or more. The very bright and spacious accommodation comprises of a welcoming hall, fully equipped modern kitchen combined with 50 inch TV/Lounge area, dining area having a wide fronted terrace overlooking the pool and unobstructed sea view. 7 bedrooms, (2 Master bedrooms with ensuite), 3 bathrooms, games room, children play area, a large-sized swimming pool (Outdoors & Indoors*) with jacuzzi, outdoor dining, and BBQ area. A wide fronted roof terrace for al fresco dining with friends, enjoying a nice dinner by sunset or a cup of coffee by sunrise feeling the cool breeze coming over from the sea. Nearby towns for entertainment and shopping are in Sliema, St.Julians offering clubs, cinema, restaurants, pubs, children's recreation area, lovely walks by the Spinola promenade, sandy/rocky beaches, shopping malls.

At Belvedere we set house rules in moderation. However since the area is a residential and quiet, we have strict rules on loud noises and music, partying, indecent behaviour and splashing in the pool by the late hours of the night. This results in disturbing the neighbourhood and if advice is not followed and honoured charges apply.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Holiday Letting (the owner) a message.

If Holiday Letting (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
