If you are looking for a quiet, rural yet luxrious holiday, then read on:

Stay in a newly built Villa called 'Las Cadenas,' on the outskirts of la Vegueta in the quiet countryside.

The highlight of this lovely villa is huge games room inviting you to relax and have fun which in turns leads out into

a private sun terrace and swimming pool area.

The room has a beautiful wooden beam celling

which integrates the pool area, with built in BBQ and lovely matching table and 6 chairs

The pool is heated throughout ´the winter´.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with built in wardrobe.

One has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have twinbeds

The views from the bedrooms are over the countryside and to the sea in the distance.

As you can imagine, the upstairs bathroom is spacious and most up to date.

Downstairs is a good sized kitchen with all modern amenties and is equipped for 6 people.

The elegante dinning room has a table for up to 8 persons and the cosy lounge has satelliteTV,

videoplayer etc. and leads to a sunny terrace outside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Davide (the owner) a message.

If Davide (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
