From the owner

Les Veles is a 3 bedroom duplex apartment, with one full bathroom and a second separate WC/sink. It benefits from two large balconies on the first floor. . There is also a large roof terrace on the second floor, with an awning for shade, so ideal for private sunbathing or entertaining. The apartment is ideal for young families who need all modern conveniences they could wish for to make their holiday complete. This includes from 2022 the installation of a new air conditioning system and superfast wi-fi.

The apartment has one allocated privated parking space in to the rear and there is plenty of parking on the road immedieately in front of the property. Although the apartment does not have its own private pool the next door Aparthotel - Villa Concha has three pools which guests have been welcomed to use them in the past without any issues. We can not however guarantee that this will always be the case. With the sea and sandy beach only150m down the road there are plenty of options for safe swimming and bathing.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
