The apartment Carpici is a spacious 3 bedroomed 3 bathroomed duplex apartment incorporating a king size master bed & bedroom suite. It will accommodate 6 adults comfortably, or give families that extra space that is often lacking in holiday apartment accommodation.

The first floor living area opens out onto one of the most spectacular vistas in the Mediterranean day or night, a perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Situated in a small select development above Kas, you are 10 minutes walk down to the harbour, the central square, the many excellent restaurants and bars, or Little Pebble Beach. The apartment is up above the noise and commotion of the town yet close enough to watch and hear the fishing boats entering and leaving the harbour.

The generous infinity pool has spectacular views, and is usually quite, even in peak season.

Our aim has been to provide a level of comfort and facilities we expect at home, with entertainment options for both children and adults.

Quite air conditioning units and quality beds will hopefully enable a good nights sleep.

Its the perfect place to chill out and relax by the poolside, watching the para gliders descend from the mountains behind Kas to the quay side below, or enjoy a cold glass of wine as you watch the magnificent sun sets across the peninsula and beyond from your balcony before venturing out to one of Kas's many excellent restaurants.

We ask that our guests are considerate to other guests, in keeping noise down, it is a quite and peaceful location for all to enjoy.
No glass on the poolside and no outside music.
Please be aware that heavy splashing may reduce the water level in the infinity pool and if it drops to low, the filtration system will cease to operate until the pool is topped up again.

Finally just sit back, relax, take in the views and chill out.

Thank you Chris, like you we have had our share of uncomfortable beds on holiday rentals. When we set the apartment up, it was one of our main considerations to have comfortable quality beds,. The apartment is regularly refreshed and updated to keep everything in A1 condition, The apartment is more of a second home than a holiday rental, so we keep it in a condition that we would expect to enjoy at home and hope our guests appreciate the attention to detail. Why can't I call Ian (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
