Our local English manager will meet and greet you and guide you around the Villa's facilities, answering any questions or concerns you may have. This is the worry-free vacation you have always promised yourself!

Our management staff are available during your stay to solve any issues which arise. Our Luxury Villa has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, with first class facilities from hot tub to luxury bed linen and towels to the cooking facilities. Everything has been carefully planned to make your holiday unforgettable from breathtaking panoramic views to local unspoilt eateries.

Fully fitted open plan modern kitchen with marble work tops, large electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, glassware and all cooking, eating and barbecue utensils.
The kitchen contains all the equipment needed for a utility room - washing machine, dishwasher plus a large airer. A cot and high chair can be provided - please mention at time of booking.
Large open plan living and dining area with 2 x 3 seater leather sofa beds which are doubles, chaise long, DVD player and Wii console and games, oak TV cupboard, oak coffee table, large oak dining table with 8 chairs
All rooms have their own individual air-conditioning units which can be used to heat the rooms in winter if needed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Paul (the owner) a message.

If Paul (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
