The “Piccolo Tornabuoni” is a quite apartment in a building in the old town centre of Florence in a small street between Santa Maria Novella square, the Duomo square and Via de' Tornabuoni street.

Just renewed the apartment is made up of living room/kitchen, a bed room with qeen-size bed and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The apartment is on the fourth floor, therefore it is not advised for very old people or for those who have very heavy suitcases, even though the stairs are wide and not steep (as they usually are in almost all the buildings in Florence)It is very convenient for those who are travelling to Florence by train, Santa Maria Novella train station is 2 minutes walking away.

For those who are flying into Florence airport there is a shuttle that will take you to the train station and then you will be able to walk to the apartment.

Centrally located, it's easy to get walking all main attraction of the city.

Dear Karina, i wish to thank you for leaving a review as I think they are very important in order for me to improve, however for the sake of clarity I would like to make a few clarifications: The sheets I use and have always used in the apartment are 100% cotton and are the same I have in my house, moreover no one has ever complained. The builing is located in the historical center of Florence, the roman and reinassance city famous allover the world and is indeed ancient but also renewed! About the entrace you must know that many hotels in Florence own only part of the building, and so does hotel ferretti that is located on the first floor, while my apartment is on the fourth. Anyway you don't have to walk into the hotel to get to the apartmet, we just share the outside door, this is also specified in the confirmation email that I send to all my guests. As far as the bathroom smell, I have never noticed it and no one had ever complained, however, if you thought there was a problem you could have contacted me and I would have taken immediate action as I want all my guests to enjoy their stay and to have a nice memory of Florence. Finally I would like to say that when travelling with tripadvisor it is always best to read the description of the apartment before booking. In my description (and in the confirmation email) I specify that the flat is located on the fourth floor and has no elevator so I can't understand the need of restating it in the final review. Thank you anyway for being my guest.

How do damage deposits work?
