Whether you are a family looking for adventure and a good base to explore the city, a couple looking for a romantic break away or just friends looking for a great place to escape to, then this is the place.

It is a brand new, modern, comfortable and fully equipped apartment, just a stone's throw away from the city centre, located at the sides of the most central hill of Athens, in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, providing amazing view of the Acropolis and the Saronic gulf including Piraeus port and the islands of Aegina and Salamis.

Our title "Amazing View" gives literaly the picture of this property.
The (30kms range) views from the 24h accessible terrace is breathtaking.
Acropolis, Piraeus harbour, Sea of Saronic Gulf and the islands Aegina and Salamina are few of the most visible sights.

Dear Vincent Thank you for your comments. I believe that from the apartment's description and the photos is clear that the best views of Athens is from the terrace - roof garden (on the 4rth floor). This terrace is shared among the guests of the 3 apartments I let in this building, but is rather rare to meet other guests there. Even if it happens to meet other guests, then there is more than enough space (180m2) and sitting arrangement (3 big tables and chairs for 20 people plus BBQ) to accommodate my tenants. As per the kitchen equipment, there are pots, tans, dishes & glasses, Gas & Electric Kitchen and Oven and all possible appliances and devices to cover the cooking needs of 8 guests (such as dish washer with tablets, micro oven, coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, boiler-cattle, juice maker, etc. Plus coffee, sugar and tea. Plus detergent for the washing machine. I would be happy if you let us know what was missing and I promise to add it for the next guests. Thank you again. Nikos.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send NIKOS (the owner) a message.

If NIKOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
