Large and very spacious 4 bedroom luxury villa with private swimming pool 10 x 5 meters with sea and mountain views.

Bedrooms:

Master bedroom with en-suite super king size bed with fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom king size bed with fitted wardrobes and third bedroom two single beds with fitted wardrobes. All bedrooms have balconies and air conditioning units. Forth bedroom located downstairs with King size bed. A cot is also available.

Bathrooms:

Master bedroom has an en-suite shower, family bathroom with bath and shower over and guest toilet downstairs.

Kitchen:

Fully fitted kitchen complete. The kitchen has an oven and microwave fitted, along with halogen hob and integral dishwasher. American style fridge/freezer.

Utility Room:

The utility room has fitted cupboards with a washing machine. Also has the iron and ironing board.

Living Rooms:

Large spacious lounge area with two large sofas and a chair. A 50 inch flat screen television with Netflix and DVD player. Double doors lead from the lounge to a covered terrace area which overlooks the swimming pool and landscaped gardens.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

We provide all linen for the beds as well as bathroom towels and beach towels.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send David (the owner) a message.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
