A lovely 4 bedroom apartment, beach front. The view is simply the sea on your doorstep. Located central Tamuda Bay between two marinas, Kabila Marina and Marina Smir. The King of Morocco has his summer residence 2 kilometres from Sania Plage, on the beach, this will give the flavour of exclusivity. It is just 5 minutes from the bustling town of M'Diq and a mere 20 minutes from the main city Tetouan complete with ancient medina. You can enjoy absolute peace and quite or bustle of town life. You can eat fresh sardines with locals, port side or five star dining. The choice is yours.The apartment has a large 30sqm terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, while the back of the apartment overlooks the large swimming pool. You have use of a fully fitted kitchen and satellite TV showing a vast range of television channels including English. The master bedroom is ensuite and overlooks the sea. The second and third bedrooms has a separate bathroom to share. Bedroom 4 has ensuite facilities. The apartment has been tastefully furnished throughout with a Moroccan feel. There is an extremely large living area separated between lounge and dining. The lounge leads onto the large terrace via patio doors stretching across the entire wall. The master bedroom also has double patio doors leading onto the terrace. The terrace is east facing which provides a magnificent sun rise directly in front of your eyes. There are two large communal pools (one at each end of the development) within lovely gardens. For your information, Ramadan/Eid al-Fitr, 2020, is approximately from Friday 23rd April to Tuesday 25th May 2020.

Unfortunately we cannot identify this Customer but we welcome all feedback. We have been on Holiday Lettings web site since May 2014 and welcomed 24 different guests and have only received good and excellent satisfaction results. From receiving a call our local agent could have made a visit within one hour and corrected any issue. We do not plan to install a curtain across the patio doors to the terrace, it would spoil the view to the sea. The patio doors has an electric shutter which can be used at any time. We are dissapointed this Customer did not enjoy their stay as much as all our other Clients. We would have liked to have had an opportuniy to recitfy any issue prior to posting a review but we were not provided that opportunity.

Why can't I call Ian (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ian (the owner) a message.

If Ian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
