Talmont St Hilaire, port Bourgenay (85 vendée) à 9 Km des Sables d'Olonne. Il s'agit d'une habitation de 60 m2 par étage (sur deux étages) comprenant 3 chambres. La maison est située dans le quartier "Le Bocage" faisant partie du lieux dit: "Bourgenay" sur la commune de Talmont saint Hilaire. Ce quartier est lui même situé dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. Les maisons bénéficient d'une vue sur le golf 18 trous et d'une piscine chauffée. Celle-ci est exclusivement réservée pour les résidents du "Bocage" et est à disposition de la mi- juin et à la mi-septembre. Une piscine payante dans le club "Pierre et vacances" est accessible avant la mi-juin. La forêt du domaine jouxte l'océan et le port (500m). Elle est idéale pour les ballades ou le jogging.Le quartier est paisible et familial. Le domaine de 9 ha comprend un grand lac, deux golfs de 18 trous et de nombreuses activités (tennis, surf, location vélo etc,..) moyennant un supplément et à voir sur place. La plage du Veillon (1.5km) est accessible à pied, en voiture (parking gratuit) ou en vélo (location de vélo possible sur place).Les restaurants, petits commerces et laverie sont situés près du lac et de la place centrale.Centre thalasso aux sables d'Olonne. Bonjour, la piscine n'est pas en face de la maison et c'est un choix. Vous n'avez pas les cris des personnes qui s'y baignent durant toute la journ�e. Maintenant, elle est � 45 secondes � pied � travers le jardin. Les grands super march� (LECLERC, super U, Geant casino) ne sont �videmment pas dans le club de golf. Il faut se rendre en voiture vers Talmont St Hilaire (4 km). Il ne s'agit pas d'une grande maison. La surface habitable se trouve �crit sur le site et les photos viennent bien de la maison. C'est d'ailleurs la premi�re fois que j'ai quelqu'un qui s'en plaint. La maison n'est pas lou�e avec les activit�s (c'est bien �crit). Les activit�s (tennis, mini golf, stage enfants) peuvent �tre prises en fonction de l'envie et moyennant paiement. si vous voulez le forfait club complet, je vous invite � r�server via Pierre et vacances et de payer 3 fois le prix.) A votre disposition....

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Henri (the owner) a message.

If Henri (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
