Casa Magnolia opened for its first season as a holiday let in 2012, Casa Magnolia is a fully self-contained, detached property set in its own landscaped garden. With both air conditioning and under-floor heating, it provides spacious, good-quality accommodation for a memorable holiday all year round. Suitable for families or couples, it is situated in the exclusive, secure, gated community of Sotogrande, close to the famous Valderrama golf course. With four large double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the villa is suitable for two or three families or four couples. It is very well equipped for young children, with two highchairs and two cots plus two lightweight sofa beds, so will easily accommodate larger family groups of up to 13 persons, with the added flexibility for families with younger children of being able to arrange the portable beds as they wish.

With its tempting pool and well-laid-out garden, Casa Magnolia is ideal for those who desire total relaxation. Golf enthusiasts will find several renowned golf courses within a 15-minute drive from the property (two sets of golf clubs are available in the villa). Spa lovers will also enjoy the facilities at the nearby Sotogrande hotels, which offer a selection of beauty treatments. There are good supermarkets within a five-minute drive and the BBQ helps ensure that it is the perfect place to relax of an evening. Those wishing to eat out can find plenty of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets within a 10-minute drive. The villa is quiet and not suitable for those wishing for a busy nightlife within walking distance.

There are several beaches within a 5/10-minute drive so sand lovers can also be sure of an enjoyable stay. Places to visit also include Gibraltar with its duty-free shopping and, of course, the famous apes, which can be seen by taking a cable car or a bus tour. The Key Ceremony that takes place in the square daily is also of interest. Puerto Benus with its celebrity lifestyle and yachts also has a fantastic beach. The port of Sotogrande has its own display of yachts and is the perfect venue to enjoy people-watching while sipping some sangria at one of the many harbourside cafés.

We have an English-speaking management company in the area who will be available during your stay. They can also provide Maid Service, Baby sitting Service, Catering, and travel to and from the airport.

A welcome pack is included in the price; this will include bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee, sugar We ask our guests to pay a 25% deposit on booking and the balance eight weeks before their visit.

LOUNGE/DINING ROOM: A 50ft long room with a vaulted ceiling that features a spacious and flexible seating arrangement with a large flat-screen TV with Sky and DVD player.
KITCHEN: Well equipped with a washing machine/tumble drier, Dish washer, fridge/freezer, oven and hob; you will find everything you need in here for a large group.
DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: This room has a 6ft four-poster bed and a dressing room with plenty of hanging space. It also has a large bathroom with his/hers sinks, a large bath, separate shower and bidet. The bedroom has french doors that open on to the pool area.
DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: A 5ft double bed with wardrobes and drawers. French doors opening on to the pool area. Across the corridor is its own bathroom with a large bath with shower over. Bidet and wash basin.
HALLWAY: There is a large hallway with a grand staircase that gives access to the first floor. There is also a WC for general use.
UPSTAIRS MASTER SUITE: A 6ft bed plus a single bed in this room. There is a door which leads to a dressing room. The en-suite bathroom has a large shower, twin sinks and bidet. French doors open out on to the upper terrace overlooking the pool.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOM 2: This has a 5ft bed with wardrobes and drawers and has an ensuite bathroom with bath with shower over and toilet.

The villa also has two cots (one wooden and one a large travel cot) and two child's foam sofabeds. The bedrooms are large and there is room for these to be used in any of the rooms to give flexibility for families. There are also two highchairs provided.

The garden is fully enclosed and well kept. The pool has a solar cover but it is not heated.
There is a covered dining area outside the villa that has tables and chairs for up to 10 people. There are also two more outside terraces that can be used as our guests wish. There are sunloungers surrounding the pool and a BBQ is provided to allow our guests to make the most of the evening sunshine and enjoy the pool, which has lighting.
