Casa Julia is a fully equipped charming Menorcin style self-catering villa with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (2 en suite), 1 with shower over bath), nicely appointed living room, kitchen, two terraces, pool and large delightful Mediterranean style private garden with lots of green and flowers (depending on season). The maximum occupation is 4 adults and 2 children. Not recommended for children who can't swim.

Casa Julia is situated 20 minutes from Mahon in Puerto Addaia, 15 minutes from Fornells, the beautiful beach of Arenal d'en Castell is a mere 5 minute drive away. The villa is conveniently located within 150 yards from the next pub, two restaurants, a supermarket and a newspaper/souvenir shop, 2 rental tennis courts, boat supply and renting agent and diving school are located within 200 yards, the (leisure boat) Port of Addaia is within 10 minutes walk, the next golf course can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I cancel my booking?

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julia/ Jian (the owner) a message.

    If Julia/ Jian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
