Large, contemporary, ground floor apartment. Sleeps 4, in exclusive development .

The SOL RIO development built in 2011 is situated in a quiet but convenient location. The many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops are a short stroll away and the new supermarket is a 5 minute walk. The pool and gardens are peaceful and private with stunning views.

This air conditioned apartment includes one large bedroom (which can be configured as one double bed or two singles) with ample storage space. There is a private terrace from the bedroom.

The spacious open plan living area includes a very comfortable double sofa bed, and dining area. There is a television, blu-Ray DVD player, unlimited Wi-Fi and Ipod docking station.

The modern fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob and oven allowing easy self catering and the large terrace is ideal for dining al fresco or just enjoying the sunset.

The fully tiled, good size bathroom includes bath with shower over, basin (with storage under), toilet and bidet.

The apartment provides everything needed for a relaxing stay in a perfect location.

There is superb outdoor furniture on the private terrace and reserved sunbeds beside the pool, which can be accessed directly from the terrace.

There is underground parking and the development has secured entry.

Why can't I call Yasmin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Yasmin (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Yasmin (the owner) a message.

If Yasmin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
