This beautiful detached Villa is situated at one of the highest points in Oasis de Nazaret and boasts some of the best views in Lanzarote. It is 1km from the historic town of Teguise and just 15 minutes from beaches.

The feature circular living room offers a huge viewing window which soaks up the views of the mountains and sea. It has comfortable settees and large 40" LCD Smart TV with free Netflix, DVD, CD, iPod player and FREE WiFi. There is also a large collection of books, games and DVDs.

The villa has a newly fitted modern kitchen and is fully equipped with all appliances. Doors from the dining area and the kitchen lead out on to the terrace which also enjoys the stunning uninterrupted views. The terrace has seating for dining and relaxing in the sun along with a shaded pergola with comfy seating and BBQ.

The villa has a good sized heated swimming pool installed in 2013 (electric rather than solar heated) which is heated to a constant 28 degrees. Lockable gates keep the pool safe when not in use.

There is a separate games / sun room with Table Tennis with its own terrace with absolutely stunning views, probably some of the best in Lanzarote!

The villa is ideally situated for cycling / sporting enthusiasts and offers guests the use of a large and secure equipment storage room.

Please note that, being in an elevated position, the villa is not suitable for disabled travellers or those with mobility issues.
