Should you decide to choose my villa I can assure you that you will be greatly impressed. You will be staying at a villa that has been featured in architectural design magazines and has had many famous personalities as guests. I aim to provide a quality first class service and many of my guests return every year.
Villa Juan Carlos is a unique spectacular villa located right on the sea front with amazing uninterrupted views. Direct access to the sea is available but if you would rather soak up the sun on a warm, soft sandy beach you’ll be pleased to hear that the nearest beach, which has been awarded an international Blue Flag for its quality, safety and water quality, is a leisurely less than10 minute stroll away. This beach has emergency services and first aid facilities and a lifesaver. There is also a Beach Bar and a children’s play ground.
Enormous Spacious Villa
Villa Juan Carlos is a lovingly maintained and extremely spacious sophisticated villa that boasts over 700 square meters and is located on a plot of 2,200 square meters.
Living Room 80 m2, Dining Room 40 m2, Kitchen 40 m2.
The spacious 80 m2 Living Room has English Sky TV in High Definition plus German Astra TV all to be viewed on a state of the art gigantic 75 inch TV Flat screen with a Denon Home Cinema System with Bose speakers and Bluetooth for connecting your personal favourite music. There is also a Play Station 3.
The dining area is a large 40 m2 with solid oak furniture. Both areas with marvellous sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges (one a large double door American fridge with an automatic ice making machine), three Nespresso coffee machines, a 90 cm professional oven and many extra and personal touches.
Many External Areas
There are many external terraces with sun loungers and sofas and the main external dining terrace includes a solid teak dining table and benches and a professional barbecue.
Infinity Pool
The infinity pool which can be heated (consult conditions) blends perfectly with the sea.
Teleworking and Private Study.
The villa has a special Tele Working room with its independant high speed Wi-Fi, a large 65 inch TV and presentation board plus meeting table and seating. There is also a Play Station 3.
The separate library and study with Wi-Fi Internet access and antique furniture and desk is perfect for peaceful reading or quietly concentrating on any business needs.
A Perfect Holiday
The five en-suite bedrooms plus large teleworking room and study with a double futon sofa bed makes my villa ideal for your group. The main suite also has in addition to the large bed a double futon sofa bed. All five bedrooms have bathrooms en-suite. All have: Loewe Televisions and satellite TV, Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound systems or iPhone/ iPod speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning and most have ceiling fans. All of the bedrooms have spectacular sea views and large external terraces. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk through dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.
In total the villa has 7 bathrooms plus a guest bathroom and a separate WC and wash hand basin in the heated Jacuzzi chill out lounge.
For children a special childproof fence for the pool is available. Cots and high chairs are available.
A Chill Out Lounge with Jacuzzi Too!
The beautiful relaxing Chill Out Lounge with its large heated Jacuzzi and spectacular sea views is ideal for spending your days and evenings indulging in refreshing cocktails and sipping champagne! The Chill out lounge with Jacuzzi has a portable Bose sound system, which can also be used, in the external terraces.
Location
Villa Juan Carlos is located in a quiet area some 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport. Practically on the doorstep you will find all the general amenities that you may require including various restaurants, bars, a diving centre, a hairdressers, car and bicycle hire, three supermarkets, a ticket agency for local activities, tennis courts, basket ball courts, etc. An Aldi supermarket is less than a 10-minute drive away and a Lidl is just a further one-minute drive away.
Palma Town, voted the Best City in the World by the Times, is a short 15 minute drive away or if you prefer you can travel by bus which stops outside the villa and takes some 40 minutes or take a taxi.
