In the outdoor park there is a large swimming pool, a tennis court and a beautiful wellness spa with gym and sauna. Around the property, the land is managed with organic agriculture, 4 hectares of vineyards and thousands of olive trees, together with an organic grain mill. An excellent Val d'Orcia Doc of the highest quality is also produced in small quantities.
Castelnuovo Tancredi is an ideal location for hosting weddings and other important ceremonies.

Wine tastings are done in our cantina and cooking classes can be arranged. Nature tours and picnics can be arranged as well throughout the property where you will encounter wild boar, reebok, deer and pheasants.
Staying here at the Hamlet of Castelrotto, which means the broken castle, will make you fall in love with the rolling hills of Tuscany and the medieval hilltop towns. The Val d'Orcia is not only famous for its beautiful landscapes and hilltop towns, but also for its top quality wine. Visit the festivals and cultural highlights that this marvelous "undiscovered" region has to offer. Access to the house is along a gravel country road that winds through the estate's own vineyards that lead you to the Hamlet of Castelrotto. You'll be enchanted by the light in this particular area- in fact a world renowned American photographer published a book on the special light in this part of Tuscany using the photographs that were taken during one of his many visits here at the property!
