Crown Gardens Exclusive! A stunning, central, large group maisonette to sleep up to 16 guests, situated slap bang in the middle of the cool North Laine. This high end, split level apartment has been architect designed, with 3 large bedrooms, one en suite shower room, a family bathroom plus an additional smaller shower room.

We also offer our own selection of Crown Jewels available to book along side your accommodation, such as private catering or other hen activities.

Fancy overlooking all the hustle and bustle of Trafalgar Street with its independent cafes, vintage clothes stores, record shops and restaurants? A short 5 minute stroll from Brighton station, and 10 minutes walk through the Lanes to all the fun of the beach and Pier. After hours music venues and pubs are all a few minutes from your doorstep, making this choice perfect for those who want to experience the real flavour of Brighton, at home with the locals!

First Floor

Living/Dining - Beautiful light filled living room with real flame fire, gorgeous leather corner sofa and large plasma TV. DVD player, iPod dock and WiFi. Three single sofa beds to sleep 3 guests. Generous solid oak dining table to seat 16.

Second Floor

Bedroom One - Sleeps 4. Comfortable twin beds, which can be made up as a double if required. King size double bed above, on a platform accessed via a ladder.

Bedroom Three - Sleeps 6, with 2 large triple sleeper bunks (double beds with singles above). With en suite shower room.

Family Bathroom - Bath and overhead shower, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Things you need to know...

This property is situated at the end of a residential street and the owners are keen to maintain good relations with the neighbours. Whilst large groups are warmly welcomed, the house is not suitable for rowdy or noisy groups.

For groups of over 13, don't forget to tick the box on the booking page for complimentary sofa beds.

All bed linen and towels are provided.

Accessed at street level, there is a lobby and utility room on the ground floor, and a flight of stairs up to the apartment. Once inside, the apartment is arranged over the 1st and 2nd floor.

Unfortunately, due to its very central location, there is no on-site parking. There are limited on-street meters and the nearest car park is on Trafalgar Street and Blackman Street.
