Small apartment (50 sqm) old local style located in the center of Cernobbio with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor of an old centenary building without a lift. Not recommended for 4 adults but for family with 2 children. There are 4 beds: 1 bedroom with a double bed for 2 people, 1 living room with a sofa bed for 1 person and a loft bed for 2. In the house is absolutely NO SMOKING; new heating. New bathroom room. Our top priority is the careful cleaning of the house. Towels and sheets included. A cot for small children available. Free Wi-Fi. The large square at the lake is at a distance of 200 meters. Shops and means of transport nearby (100 meters). Large free and paid parking near the house. Como is 5 km away and is very interesting for tourists. Stroll on foot in the mountains or along the shores of the lake. Possibility of boat trips to discover the charm of lake countries. A CAR SERVICE for the airport, train station and other destinations is available on request for a fee. _______________________________________ Small apartment (50 sqm) local old style. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
