Miralaghi property extends on 750 acres of amazing nature as a park between Umbria and Tuscany, and not far from Latium either, on a lovely hill, in an ideal position for a lot of trips, right in the centre of Italy, only 15 km from the A1 motorway, at an altitude that goes from 450 to 650 meters above sea level, with an enviable climate, both in winter and in summer.

From the private covered car park you reach the entrance and the hall, on the right a short corridor to the kitchen fully equipped with a huge refrigerator and a very big freezer, micro-waves, dishwasher, oven, with a fireplace and table and chairs for the breakfast ; from the hall you enter to the central great room with a dining area with a round dining table for 8-9 and a living area with 3 big sofas, a huge fireplace with benches inside in the traditional Umbrian manner, WI-FI, TV-SAT- digital, mini HI-FI, electric Keyboard.
The dining room has access to a covered veranda with an outside dining area and barbecue and sitting area; to the right of the sitting room there two double bedrooms with bathrooms in suite facing onto the garden; to the left of the dining room, the billiard room with two beds that share the bathroom with shower with the last double (twins) bedroom.
Inside it has all comforts: heating, clean linen every week, mosquito nets at the windows, WI-FI, a wide choice of books, chess, games, brochures, my personal suggestions , DVD, CD, etc.
From the veranda you can go into the garden and the private pool (5x8). There are hammock, sun-beds and tea tables. In the garden beside the house your own ping-pong table. The gardens gets the sun early to late in the evening, but there are areas shaded by the trees.

At the begin of spring there are the violets, in Italy we do a delicious blue candy with the violets, a lot of wild flowers during the spring, the sun-flowers in summer; In september in the forest you encounters carpets of cyclamens.
