We would like to invite you to take a beautiful, breathtaking holiday, short or long, to our hidden gem “ Villa Des Voiles” nestled in the hills of the National Park, only minutes from the Cote d’Azur.

Step out for a walk into the Hills of the National Park just behind our house and drink in the views looking out over the clear, crystal, blue Cote D’Azur.

Or take a leisurely amble down to our local town of Les Issambres, there to rest a while in the sandy coves or on the happy, child friendly beaches.

Or if it’s action you want, choose the Centre Des Voiles- the sailing Academy, where you can enjoy sailing and windsurfing lessons.

However, if tennis is your game, there are courts to hire at the other end of the town.

Our local market will beckon you on a Monday, offering deliciously, fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables, or tasty honey, or wonderful wines! Dazzlingly, colourful pots, chic clothes, snazzy shoes, soaps, essential oils are also there to tempt the happy holidaymaker.

Or maybe it’s the call of a cool, blue, quiet swimming pool just steps away from our villa, that will tempt you one day. Poolside early evening can be a real delight

When the swifts and swallows dive and skim over the pool to drink or catch the odd tasty treat!

We’d like to tempt you even more by inviting you to spend your evening aperitif on our quiet patio, whilst someone( a loved one) prepares your tasty BBQ to be eaten in the coolness of our Loggia.

Your evening could of course be spent nearby in St Maxime, a short drive away, or you could take the Green Bus Boats the “Bateaux Verts” to ST Tropez.

You’ll be overwhelmed by the choices of restaurants, cocktail bars, disco dance floors, ice cream parlors, local artisans and artist shops.

Our favourite is the Café de France in St Maxime. A short Easyjet flight from Gatwick Friday afternoon means we can be sitting enjoying one of their tremendous Jazz evenings with a glass of something cool and a delicious meal

This new air conditioned villa is furnished in a modern, contemporary style and to a very high standard. The ground floor features a spacious lounge / dining room with large leather sofa, modern fittings including HD LCD TV, DVD player, iPod docking station, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The Patio doors with electric shutter lead out to a large covered, outdoor loggia overlooking the private garden, an ideal place to relax with book and a glass of the local wine, and to enjoy 'al fresco' dining, with lovely views of the hillside around the Bay of St Tropez. There is also a dedicated parking space (15) for your use inside the electronic gated community for which we provide the key fobs for entry.

The loggia is furnished with a large wooden dining table with seating for 6 and looks out onto the garden which extends beyond the grassed area to a tiled patio with seating so that you can soak up the last rays of the sun at the end of the day. The fully equipped luxury kitchen features ultra-chic red, high gloss high quality units and shiny black granite work surfaces together with integrated appliances, including fridge / freezer, electric oven and grill, Tassimo coffee machine, ceramic hob, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. There is also an iron and ironing board, various books and games for your use whilst staying at the villa and an extensive supply of DVDs for your use and entertainment. In the kitchen cabinets you will find utensils for most occasions including tools for the BBQ which resides in the loggia as well as various spices and condiments for your occasional use. All in all it is a home from home with brilliant facilities, well equipped and in a wonderful location with an enviable reputation and chic atmosphere.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin and Carole (the owner) a message.

If Kevin and Carole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
