From the owner

The villa is located in the seaside village of Vinisce. It lies just 22 kms from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. The coastal town of Primosten is 25 kms away. Split airport is also within an easy reach. The villa is ideal for familes with children or small group of friends. If you are looking for a peaceful and quite vacation this is the right place to be. The village harbour featuring crystal clear water is only a five minutes walk from the villa. There is an asphalt road leading to the villa. Three parking spots are located to the rear of the property. There is a large terrace overlooking the pool and BBQ area with a spectacular village and sea view. The entrance is accessed from the terrace and leads into a large lounge area with kitchen and indoor seating. The lounge area features a panoramic window with a view of the pool area and village harbour. Additionally, the villa consists of two double bedrooms, one overlooking the pool area. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. The pool area consists of BBQ/summer kitchen with dining tables and chairs as well as sun recliners. The house provides an ideal starting point to explore the entire region of Northern and Central Dalmatia. The national parks of Kornati and Krka are only an hours drive away. The cities of Sibenik and Split are only 45 mins drive from the house.
