2 bedroom house available, with kitchen and 1 bathroom, for holiday rentals, in Avintes (near Porto), with garden.The house has heating in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, fridge, cooking utensils and crockery. Are always available oil, olive oil and some basic spices.Nineteenth century house, charming, recently refurbished and fully furnished house, ideal for people looking for a temporary rental. This is an ecological house with regard to the techniques used in its restoration, and also because we reused old furniture. Along side with this, we created conditions for the separation and recycling of garbage, specially the one required to make homemade compost.Located in a peaceful, and extremely beautiful semi-rural area, 100 meters away from the Douro river. You can take nice walks along the river, have your meals in the garden under the shade of vines and have a good night sleep in a very quiet place.The place, called Espinhaço, was inhabited at least since the eighteenth century, mostly by fishermen. It is an ancient village with narrow, winding streets. Today it is a place of good-natured simple people.In the village of avintes we highlighted as the main landmark the Gaia Biological Park, interesting project of nature conservation.Located only 9Km from Porto center, near the main highways that connect the north and south of the country and 27km from Porto's Airport. Nearby there is public transport but with very limited schedules. A car is required.What makes this unique? You can visit the city (not only Oporto, the closest one, but also Guimarâes, Braga, Vila do Conde, Viana do Castelo) and, when returning home, eat and sleep like if you were in the field. You may also decide to do nothing, just sunbathing in the garden, reading, relaxing, enjoying nature, walking ...

    Lorsque nous avons récupéré ce bâtiment nous avions comme principe de respecter l'original puisqu'il s'agit d'un bâtiment centenaire, un exemple de l'architecture traditionnelle portugaise. Nous aimons les chauses autenthiques! Les chambres sont petites, mais la maison a 100m2 et un jardin de 300m2!

    If Pedro e (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
