Nous sommes très étonnés de votre commentaire. - Il n'y a aucune humidité dans les 2 chambres, la maison est récente, saine et isolée. Les locataires précédents ne nous ont jamais signalé le problème que vous évoquez. - La bonde de la douche (pourquoi les ?) est nettoyée régulièrement par mon mari et entre chaque location. - Je ne vous ai JAMAIS traité de menteurs. Le téléviseur ne fonctionnait plus et une micro-coupure de courant n'a pas d'incidence sur ce matériel. De l'avis du dépanneur,c'est la carte satellite qui a posé problème et non la micro-coupure. Je vous ai d'ailleurs rendu votre caution sans aucun problème - Pour le rangement, j'ai simplement été étonnée que TOUS les ustensiles de cuisine avaient changé de placard et étaient éparpillés partout. C'est la première fois que cela se produit. Le dialogue lors de votre séjour a été inexistant. Nous ne nous sommes pas vus. Vous étiez toujours enfermés dans la maison en dehors de vos excursions. A croire que vous ne souhaitiez pas nous voir ? Vous n'avez exprimé aucun problème lors de votre séjour. Pour votre départ, cela s'est fait par SMS alors que nous habitons sur place. C'est dommage car nous recherchons avant tout le dialogue afin que tout se passe bien lors du séjour et du départ de nos locataires. Cela fait huit ans que nous louons notre maison, ce qui représente une centaine de locataires. Beaucoup reviennent avec plaisir et c'est la première fois que nous avons un tel commentaire. Si c'est de la méchanceté gratuite, vous avez le gros lot. Salutations

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
