Occupying an ideal location just a stones throw from the amenities of St. Just town centre and only a short walk to the glorious countryside of the Penwith peninsula, Grace Cottage is a real home from home. Grace Cottage is the perfect base for exploring the rugged beauty of the far west of Cornwall.

Thanks for your great review. Re. the wifi, we have a booster on the landing so it should be fine downstairs. The freeview for the tv can be sourced from two places. The tv aerial and the satellie dish. The likelihood is that previous guests had switched it to the tv aerial. The picture from the satellite dish should not have any issues.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
