Spacious townhouse in beach side urbanization for up to 6 guests (+baby in cot).

3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with 2 terraces, balcony and parking in the front of the property. Communal pool and babies' splash-pool just 20 meters from the house.

Modern air-conditioning. Two sets for dining outside (next to living room and on the roof-top). Sea view - although partially limited by trees. Free parking in front of the house. Fire place for colder days :-)) free high speed broadband internet, sat tv (free to air channels), dvd, stereo with i-pod docking station. Fully equipped: dishwasher, espresso coffee machine, washing machine. Close to restaurants and shops including hypermarket carrefour nearby. Almost side by side with 5 stars Kempinski hotel - guarantee of the beach and spot quality!

    Je comprends que vous avez écrit et déposé cette critique juste après votre arrivée lorsque les invités ont tendance à être fatigués et donc à réagir de manière excessive. La qualité de notre plage est identique à celle de la plage Kempinski voisine et le faible bruit en arrière-plan perceptible lorsque vous vous installez à l'extérieur de la maison est également le même qu'à Kempinski ainsi que des dizaines de kilomètres de la Costa del Sol reliés par la route A7. J'apprécie également les commentaires très positifs que vous m'avez fait parvenir à la fin du séjour, alors que votre première évaluation avait déjà été déposée. Merci pour vos bons mots et vous êtes toujours les bienvenus!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jaroslaw (the owner) a message.

    If Jaroslaw (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
