From the owner

B&B Golden Angel ' Rome ' in a safe area of the city, close to the center, metro and the Tiburtina station and not far from the Coliseum, St. Peter and other archaeological sites. The B&B is located in safe and quite area on the first floor of a modern and elegant building with doorman.

NOTE: 2 small size female dogs live in the apartment.

ROOMS The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, tv, wi-fi, mini fridge, safe-box, bases with orthopaedic mattresses, double glazed windows, antiallergenic bed-linen, towels and soap.

' GOLDEN ANGEL ROOM (double or single use) is a "Suite" with direct access to a private bathroom with large shower and wall-hairdryer, including mild soap.

Extras on request, a third bed for children up to 12 years can be added (20 euros); for babies there is a cot (10 euros per day).

Please, it is necessary to communicate the arrival time and departure time for better management. Thank you!

BREAKFAST The breakfast (served between 07.30 and 08.30) it's included in the price.

Breakfast: you can choose gluten and/or lactose-free, also.

For guests who must start very early in the morning and don't have time to have breakfast at the B&B, there is a "take away" breakfast (croissants + fruit juice/tea).

NEARBY The artistic and cultural attractions are easily accessible thanks to the central location of the B&B.

The historic areas of San Lorenzo and San Giovanni with their beautiful and ancient Cathedrals are near, also.

The area of B&B is a safe area and it's well served by buses, the metro, local and long-distance trains (for airports, Tivoli, Florence, Milan, etc..).

Around the area of B&B is full of cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, shops, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies, ' La Sapienza ' University, Television Studios, the hospital Policlinico Umberto I ': ', etc. ..

-The B&B requires compliance with normal rules of coexistence and cleanliness.

-Every day, the room has to be left at 9.30 a.m. for the daily cleaning and possible inspections by the Municipal B&B Licence Authorities.

-Respect the silence hours 1:0 pm-10:0 pm-4:0 pm and 08:00 am-You can't cook in your room or make use of the facilities which are not part of the B & B CHECK-IN: ONLY BY APOINTMENT (between 11:45 and 19:00) CHECK-OUT: before 9:30 am

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure the peace and security of all our guests, those who do not respect the rules of the House will be requested to leave the B&B and will be reported to the police authorities of the B&B ' Golden Angel ' is located in a safe area of the city near the city centre thanks to the Metro and to Tiburtina station and is therefore not far from the Colosseum (4 metro stops)from s. Pietro and other archaeological sites. The B&B is located on the first floor of a modern and elegant building with doorman. Only non-smoking facility.

Nearby: the historic district of San Lorenzo with its ancient Basilica, Saint John, the "Studios", the University "La Sapienza", the Policlinico "Umberto I", etc.

HOUSE RULES To B&B requires compliance with normal rules of coexistence and cleaning-it is not allowed to smoke, drink or use drugs throughout.

-Every morning, you must leave the room not later than 9.30 to allow daily cleaning and inspection by the authorities-to keep the House in order.

-We cannot introduce guests not registered.

-Respect the silence hours 13-16 and 22-08-you can't cook in your room or make use of the structures which are not part of B&B.-you can't leave the room, dogs whose stay is only permitted in the "Golden Angel"-arrive by APPOINTMENT ONLY (and only between 11:45 and 19) DEPARTURE: by 9:30 am
