From the owner

The property is made up of three old white trullos and a new building.
In the trullo, smartly renovated and furnished, you will find a double bedroom and a sofa bed. In the newer part of the building there is a kitchen, a bathroom, a storeroom and a second bedroom.
The house is equipped with a heating and cooling system, while the windows have fly screens.
The path to the house stops at its very front door: this means that guests’ privacy is granted.

It is made up of various rooms and can accommodate a family with 4 – 5 people.

Apart from a beautiful double bedroom with an antechamber and a small trullo with a sofa, composing a very nice suite, the house has a comfortable kitchen and another bedroom with a large bathroom.

The trullo is about 2 km far from the centre of Alberobello, and it stands on a hill at the edge of Bosco Selva, a woodland on more than 50 hectares with its typical vegetation.
The view from the veranda or from the border of the swimming pool is really breathtaking.
The house is surrounded by a garden with olive trees and a typical dry low wall. In the garden there is also a swimming pool covered with a mosaic floor for exclusive use.
If you wish to enjoy the open air, you can use the wooden pergola with table, chairs and barbecue.

How do damage deposits work?

If Sandra (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
