Silenzioso appartamento in affitto a Milano al terzo piano di un bel palazzo residenziale nei pressi dell'Arena e del Parco Sempione; vicinissimo alla Triennale, all'Arco della Pace, a Brera e alla zona Fiera. A meno di 100 metri si trova Corso Sempione con i numerosi locali della movida milanese: bar, ristoranti, discoteche, ecc.

In 10 minuti a piedi sarete in pieno centro; a meno di 50 metri numerosi bus (linee 57, 43, 10) permettono di raggiungere in pochi minuti la fermata della metropolitana Moscova (MM2 linea verde); la Stazione Garibaldi e la Stazione Cadorna (Malpensa Express). Fermata della metropolitana Gerusalemme (linea Lilla) a circa 200 metri dall'appartamento.

Negozi e ristoranti si trovano proprio sotto casa.

Questo appartamento di circa 55 mq, dotato di area condizionata, si trova in un contesto elegante, in zona pedonale, quindi, particolarmente silenzioso.

L'appartamento comprende una zona giorno con tavolo da pranzo per 4 persone, angolo TV con divano letto e un fornito angolo cottura.

Il bagno, dotato di box doccia, è provvisto di bidet e lavatrice.

La camera da letto, recentemente rinnovata, è completa con letto matrimoniale, comodini e un armadio a 6 ante.

E' vietato fumare in casa ma i fumatori possono utilizzare l'ampio balcone a loro disposizione.

Il supermercato è proprio sotto casa: aperto dal lunedì a sabato fino alle ore 22,00; domenica aperto fino alle 20,00.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Francesca (the owner) a message.

If Francesca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
