New Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps six (master bed, twin Bed and double sofa bed) Mythical Sands Resort at Kapparis in area of Protaras. Both bedrooms have full length fitted wardrobes and beside cabinets. Includes many appliances, a/c, heating, TV, DVD, radio/CD player. Toys are available in apartment for the kids to use. As it is easily accessible ground floor apartment, it comes perfect for families, plus the elderly or infirm. Splash in the lovely family shared pool which has toilets, shower and changing rooms. Sun loungers and parasols are provided and the pool is for residents of the resort only.

Just ten minutes walking distance to the sandy beach, one minute to bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and pubs, kids playgrounds. The Protaras city center is only 5 km away.

Private secure area and parking, everything works with safety cards. A damage deposit will also be collected and given back in cash at check out.

The information pack provides plenty of information about the property, emergency number and local services. It also contains information on the local area and Cyprus. Please feel free to use maps of Cyprus, Paralimni, Protaras, and Agia Napa in the flat and kindly leave them behind for other guests to use. There are games and cards to play. First aid kit and emergency sewing kit available in the apartment. Beach towels are provided.

No smoking expect in balcony only. No pets. Privet parking available to the side of the flat. Details of the places you can hire cycles from are available in the information pack.

Should you require a mid-stay linen change/clean, this can be arranged and paid for locally by telephoning.

Had a great time in the apartment. The owner is friendly and easily contacted. The apartment itself is fully equipped with all that you need for a holiday and more... Would thoroughly recommend it.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Ilona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
