From the owner

Beautiful independent villa obtained from the careful restoration of an ancient stone farmhouse that sits atop hill whit 360 degree views over underlying countryside. All facilities and shops are at 2 kms. Siena is at 29 km, Arezzo is at 35 kms, while the Crete Senesi Asciano, and the Abbey of Monte Oliveto are 30 minutes away by car. The thermal Spas of Rapolano is a 15 minute drive, and the entrance to the A1 highway is at 43 kms. The mediaval hamlet of Cennina, which hosts summer concerts starting from June, is at 2 kms. The villa is reached by 1 km of well-kept dirt track and surrounded by 4000 meters of gardens, bordered by the property.

Accomodation: The Villa can accommodate 10 people in 5 bed-rooms with 3 bed-rooms and 1 Toilet with washbasin 1 fully equipped kitchen with indoor, outdoor dining area and private swimming-pool (10 x 5 m 's).

Ground floor-Entrance -1 Toilet with washbasin-Big kitchen-Living room with fire place-Dining room First floor -2 living rooms (1 with fire place) -3 double bed-rooms -2 twin bedded rooms (1 with french beds)-4 bath-rooms (2 with shower, 1 with tub) NB: The housekeeping service is obligatory from the second week and it costs 200e per week.

The housekeeping service is 3 times per week for 4 hours, from 9:0 am to 1:0 pm or from 10:0 am to 2:0 pm

NB: Only in the winter months (October, November, January, February, March) will be charged an extra fee of 100e per day for heating the whole house.
