Villa Rosa is one in a complex of two villas with the name "Amorosa Villas", the "beloved", in Lagopodo village situated in the center of the island.

The vast verandah with a private swimming pool in the front part offers an unobstructed panoramic view to the lush plain of the island.

The residence is ideal for those who dream of escaping in an area that seems to be part of a post card, in one of the most picturesque and quiet villages of Zante island.

Villa Rosa has three floors.

On the ground floor you will find a living room, bedroom and a sauna in a bathroom with shower and a big private garden area.

On the first floor there is a very big living room, a fully equipped country kitchen with a dishwasher and a W.C. with private swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and a big garden table under a kiosk surrounded by lots of flowers.

On the second floor you will find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub.

Two bedrooms have double beds and one has two single beds.

The villa can accommodate up to 8 people, as two extra people can sleep in the ground floor living room where there is a couch that converts to a bed.

The villa is decorated with traditional furniture, all rooms are air conditioned and there is plasma TV, CD, DVD, boarding games, WiFi internet, safe box, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, alarm system and parking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
